Community Guidelines and Regulations!

To make this a fun and safe space for everyone, we have come up with a few Community Guidelines and Regulations to help keep this website as safe as we possibly can.

Rules:

- In order to post a new Topic or Post, you must be a Business, Club, Organisation, Charity, Bar, Restaurant or the Dedicated Event Hoster.
- No explicit language
- This is not discussion forum so please keep contact to a minimal. You can ask questions to reply to posts/ topics but please do not make any unnecessary commentary.
- As well as this is an advertising site, please don't spam. Please equal out the number of posts you would like to do and don't post your event every single day. This is to give other businesses etc... a chance to advertise what they have to offer as well.
- Private Messenger Chat Function: As there is a private messenger chat function, people can use this. But if any proof (eg. Screenshots) showing any user is rude or un-polite in anyway, will be kicked out. As always, if there are any issues, you can message us by typing in our username, ' admin '
- All automated messages, advertisements, and links to competitor websites will be deleted immediately.
- Post in relevant sub-forums only. Messages posted in the wrong topic area will be removed and placed in the correct sub-forum by moderators.
- Harassment. No threats or harassment of other users will be tolerated. Any instance of threatening or harassing behavior is grounds for kicking the user /s out.
- Adult content. No profanity or pornography is allowed. Posts containing adult material will be deleted
- Bandwidth. All images and signatures must be 500 x 500 pixels or smaller. Posts containing over-sized images and signatures will be removed.
- Illegal content. No re-posting of copyrighted materials or other illegal content is allowed. Any posts containing illegal content or copyrighted materials will be deleted.

Here at Gravesend Forums, we have a zero- tolerance rule in place. This means anyone that is breaking the rules with sufficient proof is going to be kicked out and if necessary, reported to the police. If you have come across someone breaking the Community Guidelines and Regulations, I urge you to report it to us immediately by emailing us on gravesendforums@gmail.com or by messaging ' admin ' on your message bar at the top.
